  • Chris Keleher

    After successfully putting my Marketing degree to work at a small company in Toronto, I left my position as National Sales Manager and followed my new-found desire to travel. After driving around North America with friends for three months, I wanted to go further abroad. My next trip brought me to Asia, and eventually led me to getting my Teaching Certificate and my Masters in Special Education. With this post graduate degree, I had the opportunity to teach at one of Tokyo’s finest International Schools, an experience I will never forget. Although my wife and I were having the time of our lives, working and traveling throughout Asia, once our first son was born, we chose to make our way back to Canada. This landed us in our vacation home in beautiful Collingwood, and it wasn’t long before we knew this is where we’d settle full time.

    Becoming a Real Estate Broker was something I always thought I would do one day, but couldn’t have imagined I would enjoy it so much. In fact, I thought I would just do it “part time” for some extra money. I quickly learned that this was misguided thinking! It didn’t take long to realize that it requires a lot of time, hard work, and creative thinking to be successful in this industry. Now, I find myself amongst the top agents in my industry, pushing for better service than clients have ever experienced in the past. I’m motivated and supported by an incredible team of professionals that share the same core values and work ethic that I have in Real Estate; to provide service unmatched in integrity, knowledge, local expertise, and marketing that is tough to beat.

    Years back I began using the phrase “Real Estate Done Differently,” and we stand by this as a Team, raising the bar every day, understanding it is always about the experience!

    LeeAnn Matthews is an enthusiastic and passionate Real Estate Sales Professional. A full time REALTOR®, LeeAnn works hard to be on the leading edge of her profession by continuously taking educational courses and partaking in real estate business coaching.

    She has lived in Collingwood for over 25 years and as a member of the Collingwood South Georgian Bay Rotary Club, strives to better her community while creating lasting relationships. LeeAnn’s intimate knowledge of residential and recreational properties in the Collingwood and Blue Mountain markets empowers her clients with the ability to make informed decisions.

    She is a winning negotiator, a visionary and is well respected among her peers and clients.

    Helping people realize their Real Estate goals has been a valuable and cherished experience for Wendy. Dedicated to truly listening to clients and making their experience the very best it can be. Now, stepping into a coaching and training role, that tradition continues.

    After decades of being a recreational home owner at Blue Mountain, Wendy and her family made Collingwood their permanent residence in 2012 and loved every minute of that decision! Southern Georgian Bay region offers a lifestyle like no other. With both daughters in University, more travel is on the horizon and this new role will allow Wendy to share what she loves about Real Estate with the members of the Team.

  • Marcia Alderson


    Marcia brings to the team over 30 years of experience as a Real Estate professional. Following in her father’s footsteps Marcia began her career in residential real estate in 1985 in the GTA. Her years of experience selling new home projects gives her a unique perspective when it comes to long term customer service.

    Once her son was born, like so many of us, the desire to raise him in an active outdoor lifestyle became a priority. Marcia and her family began spending time here in 2006, and they were hooked! Sacrifices were made and the long drives back to the city for work began. Eventually, in 2013, Marcia became a permanent resident of our community taking some time away from work to golf, snowboard, and enjoy all that our area has to offer. Owning a place in Blue Mountain Village has given her an up-close perspective on vacation home ownership in this area. As an avid lover of music, great food, wonderful wine, outdoor sports and people, it’s no wonder that Collingwood/Blue Mountains is the place Marcia chooses to call home. Marcia’s outgoing personality and zest for life, paired with her drive, make her an excellent member of The Chris Keleher Team.

  • Brent Cartwright

    Sales Partner

    As a Broker for 18 years in Abaco, Bahamas, Brent is experienced in selling both vacation homes and full time residences. After a visit to the area in 2013, the Cartwright family knew Collingwood was where they wanted to settle. The Chris Keleher Team is thrilled to have Brent, along with all his real estate experience, join the Team.

    Brent was born and raised in The Bahamas. At 25 he was after a quieter life than what Nassau had to offer, so he moved to Abaco, an out-island 30 minutes from Nassau, where he lived for just over 20 years. Brent met his wife, Layna, in Abaco. At that time, Brent was in the food and beverage industry for 12 years, but as their kids came along, family life required a change of career. For years he had been interested in real estate, so he knew what he wanted to pursue. Brent entered the real estate world in 1998, opening a Coldwell Banker office in Abaco for a Nassau Broker, where he worked for 5 years before starting his own company, Aisle of Palm Realty, in 2003.

    As a Broker for 18 years in Abaco, Brent is experienced in selling both vacation homes and full time residences. In 2013, Brent and Layna decided to explore Canada, where Layna has family connections. After a small road trip including Collingwood, a new life adventure was born! The active, outdoor lifestyle in Collingwood was so similar to that of Abaco, but with different climates, so the Cartwright family knew Collingwood was where they wanted to settle. Brent has proven to be committed to his clients and enjoys helping them achieve their real estate dreams.

    Michael was raised on a farm in Halton County. He has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and has lived and worked in Tokyo, New York and Toronto. He moved to Collingwood in 2015 with his wife and son, where he enjoys skiing, biking and flying small planes. Recently jumping into the Real Estate business and joining The Chris Keleher Team, he brings much enthusiasm and a methodical approach to helping others.

  • Melissa Worts

    Sales Partner, B.A.

    Melissa and family have been living in Collingwood since 2003. Since childhood, her family frequently visited and skied in the area, giving her a great perspective of the region. As a licensed agent, with a great attitude, intimate knowledge of the community, and caring nature, Melissa is a great support to her clients. Having joined the CKTeam in 2016 as an integral member of the Admin Team, she gained exposure and her interest in becoming an agent was solidified. Melissa couldn’t be happier with her decision to become an agent, providing comprehensive service to her clients.

  • Maggie Jarvos

    Home Stager & Licensed Assistant

    Maggie is the Client Care Coordinator and assists in providing the best possible client experience. Partnered with Sakura Interiors, Maggie is also one of our Home Stagers. Maggie has always had a passion for real estate, customer service and interior design. She has carried that love into a role on the Chris Keleher Team. Originally from Vancouver and Kelowna BC, Maggie moved to Collingwood in 2007.

    In BC, Maggie worked for over 6 years in the Film and Television industry where she gained experience working with homeowners and staging their homes for filming purposes. She assists in providing the best possible client experience in both her roles as the Client Care Coordinator and a Home Stager. Once you list with our Team, she will be there with her creative eye, great attention to detail and caring personality to help guide you towards making the most impactful changes to your home in order to appeal to potential buyers. Plus she will be sure that you are invited to our fun community events each year. Maggie loves where she lives! “This place is like no other, everything is right here, and no traffic!” Outside of real estate, Maggie expresses more of her creative side with makeup artistry, face painting and balloon twisting. She’s also the mother of two sweet little girls and loves to travel with her family.

  • Terri Keleher

    Operations & Finance Manager

    Terri has been working with members of the Chris Keleher Team since 2009. In addition to her role as a professional home stager, Terri works alongside the Chris Keleher Team as Operations Manager. She’s also Mom to three little Kelehers!

    Terri started out in the field of education, earning her Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education from Queen’s University, then moving on to complete her Masters of Education from the State University of New York. She put her passion for teaching to work at a private school in Oakville, then moved on to teach at top American schools in Monterrey, Mexico and then Tokyo, Japan. She held roles as Team Leader and Educational Trainer, sharing her excitement for learning with children and other educators over her decade as a teacher. All the while, Terri immersed herself in the cultures in which she lived and visited, dabbling in languages, international cuisine, and especially art, architecture, and interior design. She has always been interested in learning how others live and helping her friends tailor their homes to suit their personalities and lifestyles. So when the Kelehers decided to move back to Canada, Terri knew this would be her opportunity to pursue interests other than education.

    Upon her return to Canada, Terri completed her certification as an International Staging Professional and began staging homes for Realtors and homeowners, under her own business, Sakura Interiors. As the Chris Keleher Team continued to grow, Terri began to work almost exclusively for the Team. Now, in addition to her role as a professional home stager, Terri works alongside the Chris Keleher Team as Operations Manager. Here, many of the skills she honed in the field of education come into play.

    Outside of work, Terri enjoys Collingwood’s natural surroundings by hiking in all seasons, and she loves being in and around water, especially with her family. Yoga and great local restaurants are also a big draw for Terri, who loves food, but doesn’t love to cook! Terri is also grateful to be Mom to three little Kelehers!

  • Candise Louwes

    Business Development

    Candise came from the dental field where she worked clinically as well as administratively. Her passion laid in client care where she loved getting to know her clients and helping them achieve their goals. Her love for people and making connections now benefit members of the CKTeam, as well as our clients.

    Candise was born here in Collingwood and has returned to finally call Collingwood home for good. After an exciting and smooth purchase of her first home as a client with The Chris Keleher Team, her interest in real estate became a firm reality! She brings many years of warm and friendly client care experience to the CKTeam.

    In her spare time, Candise loves spending time outdoors with her pup and adventuring and socializing with her partner. Candise also enjoys a great slice – or five – of pizza!

    Marketing Manager

    Kayla came from the corporate consumer good industry and brings a strong administration and technology background to The Chris Keleher Team. Kayla has a passion for all things technology, and she’s always in the know about the greatest and latest gadgets. When you have a problem with your phone or computer she is the girl to call!

    Kayla comes from a corporate world with experience as an Executive Assistant in the consumer goods industry. In this role she wore multiple hats, allowing her to gain experience in all departments, from supporting high level executives, to website design, to running the company Social Committee. Kayla is excited to be part of CKTeam and serve as a resource for the team to depend on. Outside of work, in the summer you’ll find Kayla on the golf course or by the water, and in the winter you’ll find her snowboarding.

    Fun fact: the way to Kayla’s heart is through anything and everything peanut butter and apple juice!

  • Rhiain Finlayson

    Administrative Coordinator

    Rhiain grew up in rural North Yorkshire, England, and when she first visited the Simcoe and Grey County area it instantly reminded her of her childhood home. The high terrain, panoramic views and warmth of the community resonated with her. After eleven years of living in the G.T.A. Rhiain and her family made a lifestyle move to The Blue Mountains and have not looked back. As our Administrative Coordinator, Rhiain has international experience which spans customer service, events, marketing, communications and commercial real estate leasing. Her journey has introduced her to all types of people, all walks of life, and different market sectors. She is also a qualified yoga instructor. (And, breathe!)
